Shipping Rates

Auckland Metro $5.00 NZD - FREE shipping for orders over $70 (excluding rural deliveries)

Rest of NZ $7.00 NZD - FREE shipping for orders over $70 (excluding rural deliveries)

Rural+ $5.00 NZD - Added to cost of shipping option

All orders before 3PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment tracking number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order.

Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

New Zealand delivery times

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.

International Shipping

AUSTRALIA

Australian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $25 NZD.

Typical international delivery time is 5 days. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for international orders to arrive.

At this time we are only shipping to New Zealand & Australia but stayed tuned, we’ll be on the way to you soon.

Returns

Once orders are placed, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you've changed your mind on your purchase. However if goods arrive in a damaged state please contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues for those placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items damaged in transit are covered by our courier insurance.

If you open your order and notice there is an issue with the the product, we will happily replace the item(s) and send it to you free of charge.

DRINKE is not able issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought from a third-party retailer.

Refunds and returns are available for New Zealand customers only, at this stage. International customers please select your products carefully.
